RETURNS POLICY

All items are carefully checked prior to despatch.  DesignerHelmets.com must be notified of any errors, missing items or damage within 48hrs of delivery.

In the event that you need to return an item to us, please email us at returns@designerhelmets.com with details of the order and what you wish to return to us.

Where the item ordered has been correctly delivered, then the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. If an incorrect item has been delivered or there is a manufacturing defect, DesignerHelmets.com will provide a pre-paid returns label whenever possible.

DesignerHelmets.com will be happy to accept the return of your helmet or other item within 30 days of purchase, providing:

  • The item is returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
    A used helmet cannot be returned for a refund, unless it is proved to have a manufacturing fault
  • The item must be complete with all tags in place, helmet bag, manual, protective film plastic on the visor and any other associated parts supplied
  • If a helmet is supplied with a pinlock visor insert, this must not be fitted to the helmet until you are happy that you wish to keep the helmet
  • Packaging must not be damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition
  • The item must be in the undamaged manufacturers helmet box

If any of these criteria are not met, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the item returned.

Make sure you are 100% happy with the helmet fit before going for a ride, as a helmet cannot be returned once it has been worn outside.
