Roof Desmo RAM Titan Titanium Black
Roof has further refined their iconic RO31 Desmo helmet, and released the New Generation RO32 Desmo. The RO32 has all the features of its predecessor, but now has more space in the chin area, better sound proofing for a quieter ride and better aerodynamics reduce turbulence when the helmet is used in its open face (jet) configuration.
If you have never owned a Desmo before you will be amazed at the technology, if you have you will be impressed with the latest incarnation.
In our opinion, the Roof Desmo remains one of the most innovative motorcycle helmets available. A truly versatile full-face helmet, that doubles up as a jet, with ECE22.05 certification in both configurations, with progressive density dual shock absorbers for optimal protection.
The helmet is crammed full of features including Roof’s special 3D aerated cheek, neck, windguard and headband lining which are all removable and washable. The Roof Desmo also has an ergonomic chinbar locking mechanism, which can be operated with just one hand.
Inlaid Venturi front and top air intakes gives the rider exceptional airflow around both the head and face; the flow of air can be adjusted easily with one hand. The chinbar has two individual air intake shutters – one that directs air across the face and the other that directs flow directly across the visor via an air deflector enabling rapid demisting.
The Desmo has a dual seal with two Roof joints, which work together to keep you dry on the road. One of the joints is mounted in the shell itself while the second is mounted on the chinbar on their own ‘highly technical memory foam’.
Moving the chinbar controls the movement of the visor automatically, enabling the rider to go from full face protection to an air jet configuration ‘in the blink of an eye’. When in air jet configuration, the visor automatically comes closer to the shell to limit air turbulence.
ECE 22.05 approved in both full face and jet configurations
