Our Promise

FREE tracked next day delivery* to UK addresses for all orders placed before 12:00 for all items in stock.  (* smaller or less valuable items may be sent using other options such as First Class Royal Mail).  This applies to everything we sell, there is no minimum order value.

We also ship worldwide, and have been doing so since we started trading in 2004.  We always use a tracked service, but the courier will vary by country.

If you have seen any item on our website advertised cheaper on another UK website, or an EU website showing GBP prices, then we will do everything we can to beat that price!

All you need to do is email us at pricebeat@designerhelmets.com with a link to the item on the website in question, and we will confirm our price to you along with details of how to buy at that price.  Please include a phone number so we can contact you if we need to.

Terms and Conditions

  • UK delivery addresses only
  • The item must be cheaper (not the same price)
  • It must be the exact same item (including colour, design and size) and be brand new in original packaging
  • The total price must include an express shipping service comparable to our FREE shipping
  • The website must be an authorised retailer for the item
  • The authorised retailer must either have the exact item in stock or be able to fulfil the order within a reasonable timescale
  • Excludes BMW helmets

We have been trading online since 2004 and know of no instances where a customer’s personal information has been compromised in anyway.

Whenever you enter personal information on our website it is always through a SECURE connection, and payment card details are always encrypted using industry leading 128 bit encryption.

We appreciate that some customers still prefer not to purchase online, or simply prefer to deal with a person.   Therefore if you would prefer to order over the phone, please use the number at the top of this page.

For items over £100 (excluding delivery charges) we offer a FREE returns service for UK customers for orders placed on our website.  For customers in other countries we will contribute £5 to the costs of the return.

If you want to take advantage of this please e-mail us at returns@designerhelmets.com with your original order number, and we will send you a prepaid label to use.

We never charge restocking fees.

Terms and Conditions

  • In event of exchange applies to only the first exchange
  • Excludes items marked as “Sale” items when purchased
  • You will need to notify us within 30 days of the despatch of your item as shown in the tracking information that you wish to return the item
  • For UK customers, if you use a courier other than our preferred option, either through choice or availability we will contribute a maximum of £5 to the postage costs.
  • Goods must be unused, and in unmarked new condition, in original packaging.
  • Applies only to items purchased on the DesignerHelmets website.

If we reduce a helmet you bought on our website at a higher price we will refund you the difference!

We always try to give our customers the best deal when they buy through our website. So if you see an item you have bought on our website for sale on our website at a lower price, or on a third party site (such as eBay or Amazon) we will refund you the difference between the price you paid and the lower price.

To claim your refund all you need to do is send a link of the item advertised at the lower price to pricepromise@designerhelmets.com, remembering to include your original order number or reference.  This must be done within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Terms and Conditions

  • Applies ONLY to purchases made on our website www.designerhelmets.com
  • Brand new boxed items only.
  • The Price Promise is limited to one claim per item purchased.
  • Any subsequent refunds due to returns will be net of any Price Promise refund on that item.
  • The exact item (size, colour, design) must be advertised at the lower price when the claim is made.
  • The claim must be made within 30 days of the dispatch of your item as shown in the tracking information.
  • In the event of any exchanges or replacements, the 30 days will apply to the original purchase and not the date of the replacement.
  • Applies to differences in the advertised GBP price.  Any refunds in other currencies will use the exchange rate at the time of refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the card/paypal account (or other) used for the original purchase.
